Refund Policy:

Orders Delayed: We strive to deliver your orders promptly, but occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond the typical delivery timeframe, please contact us, we will help you contact the shipping company. If the order is excessively delayed, we will offer a full refund.

Products Damaged: We take great care in packaging our products, but if you receive an item that is significantly damaged upon arrival, we will offer a full refund. For minor damages, we will offer partial refunds.

Incorrect or Missing Products: If you receive an incorrect or missing item, we will offer a full refund in such cases. For small discrepancies that don’t impact the product’s use, we will offer partial refunds.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that all refund requests be submitted within 21 days of delivery.

We aim to reply to all refund requests within 2 days. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
